STEP ONE: If you don’t already have a copy, buy the Effin’ Birds book from your favourite place. If they’re not able to deliver, try bookshop.org or a similar site that supports indie bookstores. Here are some more places to buy from.
STEP TWO: for proof of purchase, post a picture of yourself with your copy of the Effin’ Birds book to social media, put the link in the box below, and go through the checkout process. Shipping is free to anywhere in the world that is currently accepting incoming postal mail from Canada.
STEP THREE: wait for a long time.
STEP FOUR: remove the adhesive backing and put the bookplate inside of your book.
