Update for our customers in the United Kingdom: We are seeing longer than normal UK delivery times due to new and emerging travel restrictions. 

As everyone is aware, COVID-19 is a having a significant impact on a lot of businesses around the world. Please read below to find out what Effin' Birds is doing and how our partners and suppliers are working through this in order to get orders out. Until things get back to normal, we are going to see increased fulfillment times for a significant number of our products. Please view the below breakdown of how long it could take to get your order printed. Please keep in mind that this number does not represent shipping, which also is experiencing delays. 

North & South American Orders

  • Apparel (t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, baseball tees): 6-11 Business Days to be printed.
  • Mugs: 5 - 10 Business days to be printed.
  • Prints - 5-10 Business Days
  • Stickers - 5 business days
  • Pins, Playing Cards, Greeting Cards - These items are not printed on demand and ship from Canada using Canada Post, which is also experiencing minor delays and may have additional delays with the postal service of your country if you're ordering from outside of Canada. Please see the product pages for shipping times. These items do not come with tracking. We aim to get these out within 5 business days.

Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand

  • Apparel (t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, baseball tees): 5-10 Business Days to be printed.
  • Mugs: 5 Business days to be printed.
  • Prints and Stickers -  5 Business Days
  • Pins, Playing Cards, Greeting Cards - These items are not printed on demand and ship from Canada using Canada Post, which is also experiencing minor delays and may have additional delays with the postal service of your country if you're ordering from outside of Canada. Please see the product pages for shipping times. These items do not come with tracking. We aim to get these out within 5 business days .

For all shipping related questions, please also check with your local carrier to understand whether or nor they're experiencing delays as well, please allow 10 full business days before contacting customer support for a missing delivery as the package could arrive within that time frame. Should it be more than 10 business days since your anticipated arrival date, please contact customercarejoe@effinbirds.com
